The blog has been dreadfully neglected during the past couple of months. A combination of work, heat, drought, and life has gotten in the way. Although the days are about 30 degrees cooler than the last post, we still have a bounty of crops maturing and popping up. The second round of greens, turnips, and radish are coming along well. It doesnt take much for things to take off in the rich soil that has developed over the year.
Brainstorming for next year is already beginning. We hope to have more (and hopefully all) raised beds for both esthetic and ease-of-harvesting purposes next year. Fundraising will begin soon!
