Spring Happenings

Things are looking pretty good over at the SHarP Garden.  It is so encouraging to see green!  April showers are helping all of our seedlings along, and we can only hope that we have rain throughout the rest of the summer (although a few more sunny days would be a nice break right about now).

Someone found a spot for a nice little garden nap!

A special thanks is due to several individuals that have been donating their time and money to get us going for the 2013 season:  Sullivan's has given us a handful of perennials to start our new bed going in around the SHarP sign in the next few weeks.  One of our volunteers Lindsey Karanovich took an entire afternoon to touch-up the sign.  Finally, Marie Jochim of Heritage Place has given us brand new rain barrel that will come in very handy in the upcoming months.

Thank you to all who have been willing to help ease us into the new season.  Happy gardening!
